Ok so this is a nice wee hotel then star here is the breakfast bar which is self serviced so if your working away you can fill yer boots before heading for a graft , the rooms are ok although a fair few I've been in are needing some repairs and the TV remotes often come with malfunctioning buttons etc but hey ho your here to sleep for a few nights and the beds are comfy so can't complain it's right next to a main road tho so if your in a front facing room and a light sleeper you may want to try get moved room as the cars are non stop all night other than that friendly staff and good food

Stayed here for the night with some girlfriends for my birthday. Hotel was spotless clean and staff were very welcoming, the rooms were very nice and beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, worth every penny would definitely recommend this hotel. And only a 5 minute walk to the city centre.

Lovely hotel close to city centre. Good breakfast with a wonderful water view. There was a bit of an issue checking into our room but was promptly sorted out at reception. Some noise from group of guests but did not affect us too much. Friendly helpful staff. Would recommend.

Fantastic hotel. Sarah on reception super friendly, room clean and cosy. Lovely selection at breakfast. Great location for shopping and walks along the Tay. Will definitely be back.

Stayed for 2 nights in December Hotel was lovely...staff were lovely... food was excellent breakfasts so many choices well presented and are up there with the 5 star hotels loved it that much staying again in February for 2 nights have requested a front facing river view this time.

From arriving to leaving this place has been amazing! Staff are absolutely amazing! Friendly, service top notch and loved it! Thank you for the best stay and we will be back! Rooms clean and plenty of room, breakfast yummy and destination in the perfect spot to train station & to dundee town!

My wife and I arrived early at Dundee Hoiliday Inn Express, parked up and went in to ask that if we paid a premium could we get an earlier check in. Sarah at reception quite simply said Ishe would check if our room was ready and proceeded to check us in there and then. She was ever so helpful, courteous and cheerfful and got our Christmas weekend off to a great start. Thankyou Sarah and thank you IHG. She alsocame over to take our picture in front of the Christmas display in reception.

Staff very friendly, room clean, bed comfortable, breakfast was excellent... opted to stay in Dundee and use as base to visit other places, we enjoyed our 3-night stay... thank you!

Great location and views over the bridge and water. Lovely breakfast included in the price. Great value, friendly staff, especially Sarah at reception, who always took time to talk to guests. Great location for the bus and train stations and of course the V&A , other museums and the shopping centre. Good size room. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay for a short break. Ideally situated only a minute walk to the centre of Dundee. Plentiful breakfast, enough to last until lunch.

Wouldn’t book here again. Paid for and booked a double room online only for us to arrive and them to tell us they had no double rooms even available. They gave us 2 free drinks to “make up for it” but they couldn’t even call us before hand to let us know that what we booked, wasn’t even available. They told us we could push 2 single beds together (not exactly ideal) then we were told they would bring us up a double duvet & sheet only for them to not, we had to go to reception and ask again. I then changed the bedding myself. Phone in room didn’t work, windows didn’t close properly, the room we had paid for had a better view, bath, more room, etc so realistically we got much less than paid for. Not happy with this experience and won’t be back.

Lovely hotel situated by the waterfront. The main reception is on the first floor. Lifts and stairs are available from the entrance to the first floor. Although we were given a room away from the traffic, but some, guests were a little noisy. Breakfast was nice. Hot and cold buffet served. There's not much room, and some guests do barge into you. The downside was the latte from the machine. Lattes are meant to be milky, and the coffee beans are too strong for this type of coffee. Would definitely stay again if visiting Dudee.

Hôtel proche du centre ville, et de la rivière. Dommage qu'il y ait une autoroute juste devant. Les chambres sont néanmoins bien isolées et la vue est agréable. Parking (payant) juste à côté, bien pratique. Le breakfast est varié et la salle très claire
